Juan Fabian is the founder and majority owner of Cami-Axle Construction. A seasoned civil engineer with over 30 years of industry experience, he has been a certified general contractor in the State of Florida since 2007. Driven by values of honesty, integrity, and hard work, Juan has built Cami-Axle into a trusted name in concrete shell construction. His leadership and technical expertise guide the company’s vision and long-term success.

Donny Fabian serves as Vice President and General Manager at Cami-Axle Construction, leading company operations, project execution, and strategic development. He holds a Bachelor's in Behavioral Science from Barry University and brings over a decade of leadership experience in the construction industry. Donny is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor. He holds additional credentials, including a Project Management Certificate from The Turner School of Construction Management, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program completion, OSHA 30-Hour, and Procore Project Management certifications. Since joining the company in 2010, he has overseen over $100 million in concrete shell construction projects.

Mayra Flores is the Controller at Cami-Axle Construction, where she leads the company's financial operations and strategic planning. She brings over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a background spanning public accounting, logistics, hospitality, and real estate. Mayra holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and International Business from the University of Texas at El Paso and is pursuing CPA certification. Her financial leadership is key in driving efficiency and supporting sustainable growth at Cami-Axle.

Francisco Desangles is the Lead Estimator at Cami-Axle Construction. Since joining the company early in his career, he has held various roles, including Project Coordinator, Assistant Superintendent, Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in 2022. His broad experience and technical knowledge make him a key asset to Cami-Axle's estimating and preconstruction team.

Rafael Montejo leads Business Development at Cami-Axle Construction, focusing on client relations, strategic partnerships, and project acquisition. With a background in marketing and fluency in English and Spanish, he brings a relationship-driven approach to aligning owners, consultants, and contractors to support successful project execution.

He has nearly a decade of experience in Miami’s real estate and development sector, contributing to projects totaling over $2 billion. His experience in pre-development and client relations supports early-stage planning and long-term partnerships.

Alex Joseph Succart is a Senior Project Manager at Cami-Axle Construction. A third-generation civil engineer, he brings over 10 years of experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and bridge projects. He previously served as a Project Manager for a leading precast construction company in the Dominican Republic. A graduate of the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, Alex holds a Master's in Project Management from EUCENT Business School and completed specialized studies at George Washington University. His expertise and leadership guide the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from concept to completion.
