Juan Fabian is the founder and majority owner of Cami-Axle Construction, Corp. With his own values of honesty, integrity, and hard work, he laid the foundation for our journey to success. With over 30 years of experience as a Civil Engineer and a Certified General Contractor since 2007, his profound insights and industry expertise continue to inspire and shape our organization.

Meet our esteemed Managing Partner and Vice President, whose dedication and expertise have been instrumental in shaping our growth. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, he leads by example, inspiring our team to deliver unparalleled results. 

Mayra Flores brings over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance across industries like public accounting, logistics, hospitality, and real estate. As Controller of Cami-Axle Construction for the past two years, she oversees financial operations and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and International Business from the University of Texas at El Paso and is currently pursuing her CPA certification. Her expertise and dedication drive financial efficiency and growth at Cami-Axle. 

Francisco Desangles joined Cami-Axle Construction early in his career and has grown within the company, gaining experience in multiple roles, including Project Coordinator, Assistant Superintendent, Estimator, Assistant PM, and Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the Dominican Republic and earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in 2022. Currently serving as Lead Estimator, Francisco continues to expand his expertise and plans to obtain his Certified General Contractor's License by 2025/2026.
